You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Free from damage caused after delivery

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged through misuse

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
